TECHNICAL SERVICES COORDINATOR IMPACT:

• Assist with clients’ technical requests and provide recommendations
• Manage client expectations and lead them to customer satisfaction
• Provide ad-hoc reporting utilizing company tools as needed
• Assist in determination of hardware and/or software needs per client request

TECHNICAL SERVICES COORDINATOR DETAILS:

• Research/determine appropriate hardware and/or software needed
• Prepare estimate for client approval and enter purchase order
• Receive and log shipments into ticketing system
• Assist in determination of various license needs per client requirements
• Research/determine appropriate license needed
• Ensure each client is given the necessary services and follow-up to fill ongoing service needs
• Liaise between the client and internal teams to determine appropriate solutions
• Assist in evaluating customer needs to suggest upgrades or additional features
• Work with the technical and client teams to onboard and integrate new clients
• Monitor and analyze client’s usage of our services utilizing various software reports
• Maintain good relationships with service providers and clients to keep customer base
• Communicate progress of software/hardware requests to clients
• Assist with challenging client requests or escalations as needed
• Solicit feedback from clients and deliver satisfaction with services and/or hardware

TECHNICAL SERVICES COORDINATOR BACKGROUND:

• 1-3 years of industry experience or a related customer service experience
• Knowledge of computer hardware and software
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• Answer telephones and respond to email accordingly
